It's very easy to make your own Pocket Rosary! All you need are the following materials:
Notes
We use 6.5 x 4mm mini pony beads and leather bootlaces. Tools are not required, however needle-nose pliers may
be helpful when sliding the beads onto the leather bootlace.
Step 1: Measure and cut approximately 9" of the leather lace.
Step 2: Add five Mystery Beads to the leather lace (grip the end of the lace with the needle-nose pliers to assist in pulling the beads onto the lace).
Step 3: slide the Miraculous Medal onto the leather lace from the opposite end of the five Mystery beads.
Step 4: Add the ten Decade beads from the opposite end of the Mystery beads.
Step 5: Tie a knot in the center of the leather lace to fix the location of the Miraculous Medal.
Step 6: Add the crucifix to the end of the leather string next to the Mystery Beads.
Step 7: Tie a knot at the end of the leather lace to fix the location of the crucifix. Use the needle-nose pliers to assist with tying a tight knot (if needed).
Step 8: Add a saint medal to the end of the leather lace next to the Decade beads (if desired). Tie a knot around the medal loop (similar to the method used to fix the crucifix).
The finished Pocket Rosary.
